You have the option to join our newsletter and receive information about James & Muriel, our products, general updates and other similar materials. We will not add you to our newsletter without your permission. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any point and time.
As long as the the return/refund is being requested within the eligible time window of 14 days and the watch is still in good condition, we will accept it and refund you with no questions asked. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, we will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 24 months after the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:
• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.
• Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
